How to “HIDE” a quick claim by Castle and Stawiarski …101

Mortgages  click on link       Do you remember back in school where you took BASIC classes before you could get to what you really wanted to learn and study?  I think they used to call them 101 because they were mostly “Intro” classes.

Well Castle and Stawiarski have a class that could be called Hiding Quick claim forms 101.  The meaning of hiding….The action of concealing someone or something….yup that is what they are doing.

Well take this address for example  6095 Kingsfield Street, Castle Rock, CO 80104  I’ve got HELP HERE….and thank you to the FOLKS that are HELPING!!!

I have been DENIED Foreclosure in a Rule120, I showed the Honorable Judge UNCLEAN HANDS. . . and Have  loan modification documents  recorded with HUD (United States of America Sec of Housing and Urban Developement.)  Is that a Clerical error over 2 years later….HELL NO.  You can’t present to a JUDGE an Adj rate note and Mortgage when currently it  is a FIXED rate Mortgage.  That would be UNCLEAN HANDS!  Period.

Things that make you go……HUMMMMMMMM……

HUD have you ever been to a BBQ?  Oh  they are sooooo much FUN!  Usually it’s the GUYS who do the BBQing and the LADIES organize the party.  In my Town, of Castle Rock, we do a LITTLE BIT of both here…..See we are MIDDLE CLASS and well WE THE PEOPLE…..like a little BBQ now and than.  Especially when all we are ASKING HERE is to do the RIGHT THING!

AND…….so Once UPON a TIME…..in a Little Town of CASTLE ROCK….The Middle Class, WE THE PEOPLE, wanted to well HUD…..have a BBQ!

Yup even Governor Hickenlooper would agree that a GOOD BBQ can be uplifting to a Middle class.  See we are tired of having to clean up the MESS left behind…..and so……this TOWN……with HELP…..has decided it’s time for a BBQ.

UPDATE:  Just for the RECORD HUD, might want to take a look at who’s changing my PAPERWORK a bit more closely.  See it was “supposedly” sent from PNC but they forgot something VERY IMPORTANT in their view of a Clerical ERROR……HUD…can you guess what that is?  SEE HUD, who ever is cooking the “books”  trying to say oops it’s a clerical ERROR (kinda like a kid wanting a DO-OVER)  FORGOT my seal from my NOTARY.  Yes HUD we use a special SEAL on original PAPERWORK here.  And well HUD it’s missing with this paperwork, but YOU KNOW, you have the Original SEAL in the Office of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Secretary of URBAN HOUSING and Development.  OR did I send back a COPY of the original SEAL when I completed this paperwork for a LOAN MODIFICATION, FHA FIXED RATE MORTGAGE…….I can’t rememeber…either way HUD, I saved a Copy/ORIGINAL  for the  record!  I’m just sayin. . . . .

UPDATE:  HUD still have the Listing at 274 Ponderosa.  Had 8 offers when I got the listing in 10 days.  HOWEVER, there is a FEDERAL LIEN on this house recorded 10/4/2010  for $17,783.50 and  one recorded on 6/21/2010 for $37,472.60  NOW HUD these were recorded and than all of a sudden…POOF they are gone?  At least on paper that is but the liens are not gone from the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT.  So I have a listing that I can not close because even though it appears to have CLEAN TITLE it does not!   HUD so tired here. . . . . .I think it is 120 days for a Fed lein to expire….. that’s 4 months to ME as a REALTOR.  I’m just sayin…….
